I would like to extend tons and tons of appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received today. I had ordered the boys tripper trike for my son's first birthday and upon opening the box and assembling the trike, we discovered that there was no seatbelt which was the whole appeal of buying the bike. When I called to follow up the purchase, I was totally taken back by the customer service I received. The gentleman (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) was friendly, understanding and most of all supportive of our situation and offered to deliver a different and more expensive bike to us! WOW! It is so refreshing to know that there are companies out there like yours! It will be tough to wipe my son's smile off of his face on his new trike and let's be honest Mum's and Dad's as well:) You definitely have a return customer with us and I will surely be recommending you to others as well. Hi, I spoke with you this afternoon. Each year around this time my son is very lucky to receive a parcel from friends in the UK. They always send it through you guys and we are always so thrilled...........I was very impressed with your couriers - we were not home and instead of leaving it on our front door (which is very visible from the road), they had the great initiative to leave it on our deck round the back.
